Booking information

Here are some important details for your stay at Apart Kreuzjoch. We hope this helps you navigate smoothly and enjoy your time with us in the Zillertal!

Booking conditions
  • Upon completion of the booking, a deposit of € 200 per apartment is required.
  • The deposit must be paid within 14 days without incurring any charges to the following account: Family Eberharter, Raiffeisen Regionalbank Zell am Ziller, IBAN: AT94 3622 9000 0035 5255, BIC: RZTIAT 22229.
  • The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
  • The deposit will be retained in any case: no refunds will be issued!
  • The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
Cancellation conditions

If the booked holiday is cancelled or terminated prematurely for any reason, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
  • The cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
  • From 30 days before the arrival date: 60% of the total cost
  • From 7 days before the arrival date or in case of early departure: 100% of the total cost
  • Upon receipt of the deposit, you accept the conditions listed here.
Check-In and Check-Out

The apartment is available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out should be completed by 10:00 at the latest.

If you wish to continue activities on the departure day after check-out, you are welcome to store your luggage with us. Additionally, after a day of activities on the departure day, we provide a bathroom with shower facilities before your journey home.

Invoice

If possible, we kindly ask you to settle the invoice on the evening before your departure to avoid unnecessary waiting times during check-out on the day of departure.

No pets allowed

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our newly renovated apartments. We appreciate your understanding.

Sauna & bathrobes

Furthermore, we kindly ask you to turn off the balcony sauna when not in use to save energy and help protect the environment. Bathrobes are provided free of charge at the reception. Please return them upon check-out.

Our reception is not permanently staffed! However, if you need assistance urgently, please feel free to call the following number: +43 664 2132722

Entrance door

The entrance door is locked from 9:00 PM onwards. Please always take your key card with you so that you can unlock and enter the building even later in the evening.

Entertainment

For afternoons during bad weather or simply to spend a cozy evening together, we offer you the opportunity to borrow games, books, and drawing materials for free right next to the reception. We kindly ask you to return them neatly!

Cash and valuables

We kindly ask you to store cash, jewelry, and valuables in your safe.

Internet & WiFi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house! You will receive the password upon your arrival.

Ski storage room

A ski storage room with lockable ski lockers is available to all our guests.

Bicycle storage room

The bicycle storage room also offers secure locking options for your bike.

Laundry service

Halfway through your stay, we offer you a complimentary exchange of towels and dish towels. Should you feel the need to do your laundry during your stay, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (subject to charges) is available opposite the reception.

The small things

Furthermore, we offer the opportunity to purchase dishwasher and washing machine tabs at the reception.
